Meeting Minutes

October 20, 2022

The Annual meeting of the Old Glory and Oriole Landing Homeowners Association, Inc. (HOA) was held Thursday, October 20th, 2022 at 7:00pm via Microsoft Teams. Links were provided via email, and posted to the HOA Facebook page.

Board members in attendance were:

Josh Meyers – President

Brian Read – Vice President

Debbie Petrow - Treasurer

Marty Reynolds - Secretary

1 additional homeowner was also in attendance

Financials:

- The board has elected to keep dues at $150 per year for 2023. Email will be forthcoming with

payment instructions via QuickBooks, cash or check. If the treasurer does not have your email

address, you can be added to the distro by sending your contact information to

treasurer@ogolhoa.org.

- Mr. Bowen will be starting the pond maintenance in the coming months.

- Awaiting a quote to repair the gazeebo’s at the front entrances of the neighborhood.

- Still missing past HOA dues from a number of homeowners. The board will begin to place liens

on homeowners with unpaid dues. Past HOA dues can be paid on-line via credit card, on-line

check payment or a check can be mailed to the HOA PO box. For a copy of the financial status

report, please contact the Treasurer at treasurer@ogolhoa.org.

New business:

- Old Glory circle in need of repairs (new mulch, underlayment, etc)

- Getting quotes for the removal and replacement of the trees in the center circle of Oriole

Landing near the open space. Most of the trees are dead and are in need of removal.

- We had 1 volunteer to step into the open board position of Vice President, if anyone is

interested in being a member, please reach out.

Next meeting will occur in December 2022, tentative date is 12/15/22; time and location are TBD.
